Application form for request of Zakat, Fitrana, and Sadaqah at any time during the year, including the month of Ramadan.
Please note:
This form must be completed by all registered charity organizations, in addition to their official covering letter when applying to the KMAB office for funding.
Please note the following:
All overseas applications must include a valid BMCC (Bolton Masajid Chanda Committee) certificate.This can be obtained from Al Rahman Mosque & Madrassa (2-14 Randal Street, Daubhill, Bolton, Lancashire, BL13 4AQ).
A receipt must be provided on all donations collected at the Masjid prior to leaving the premises.
Applications during Ramadan must be submitted before the first week of Sha’ban.
