The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "For those who are capable of fasting (but still do not fast) there is a redemption: feeding a needy man for each day missed. "

Qur’an | 2:184

Ramadan is a blessed month in which Muslims fast from dawn until dusk, abstaining from food and drink as a way to strengthen their faith and attain closeness to Allah. However, for various reasons, some Muslims may not be able to observe their fasts during this month.

As part of its mission to serve the community, Masjid Al-Falaah is offering the service of Fidya Kaffara for those who missed their fasts during Ramadan 2023. Fidya Kaffara is a donation made to feed the poor and needy as compensation for missed fasts.

Masjid Al-Falaah is encouraging those who missed their fasts to take advantage of this service and make a donation towards Fidya Kaffara. The donation will not only fulfill their obligation, but it will also provide much-needed support to those in need.

We are committed to serving the community and providing support to those in need, especially during the holy month of Ramadan. By offering the service of Fidya Kaffara, Masjid Al-Falaah is providing an opportunity for those who were unable to observe their fasts to fulfill their obligation and earn the blessings of Allah.
