Join us every Sunday at 2 PM for a Calisthenics and Circuit training session at the masjid!
Open to brothers aged 13 and up, this class will help you build strength, endurance, and flexibility using bodyweight exercises—all while fostering discipline and brotherhood in a positive environment.
Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, come train, push your limits, and stay active!
